Tuesday, 25th of March 2024 some students of SDI Al Azhar 56 Malang joined International Kangaroo Mathematics Contest (IKMC 2024). Students were so happy and excited following this competition although they are fasting.
This competition has three levels for primary school which are pre ecolier (primary 1 and 2), ecolier (primary 3 dan 4), benjamin (primary 5-6). SDI Al Azhar 56 Malang sent 17 students for pre ecolier, 26 students for ecolier level and 4 students for Benjamin level.
“I am so happy for joining this competition but I am so panic in 10 last minutes because I haven’t finished yet.”, said Kanz, forth grade student.
We hope our students can improve their knowledge about mathematics and this competition can motivate them to join other international competitions.
